Talent Development - Human Resource Diagnostic Surveys
FSC has developed a series of diagnostic tools that assess a financial institution’s employee satisfaction, sales orientation, and management/leadership skills. The FSC Employee Survey gauges overall employee satisfaction by looking at variables in nine specific areas, such as compensation, benefits, and morale. FSC’s Sales Orientation Survey identifies which specific areas an institution can address to improve its sales culture. The FSC Management Survey of Leadership, a comparative survey administered to employees and their managers, provides direction for managers to improve their leadership effectiveness. |
